Best all inclusive fishing package in August?

There are 3 of us planning a trip in probably the second week in August. I would love to get some advice on the best packages offered. We would prefer to have an all inclusive type deal, with lodging and meals. We want a more rural or secluded lodge. We want to catch alot of fish, not neccessarily looking to break any records. You mentioned the time. Now we need to know what you want to fish for and roughly where. There are some great all inclusive packages in southeast AK, especially Sitka. River fishing on the Kenai for trout and many other rivers in south central AK. Halibut in either Seward or Homer.
