  • Pike Trip Help

A couple of us are trying to go in a pike fishing trip this May/early June. We are planning on heading down to the Alexander to fish pike and camp. Any ideas/help is appreciated.

What is good timing for this location?

Are there better places to go?

Basically we just want to do a weekend trip to catch some fish and get out and do something.
We all have small to midsized outboard jets so we can go just about anywhere.

    thanks for the help.

You will be hitting it perfect. Water starts to warm up the fish become more aggressive. I don't think you will find a better place for numbers or size. You guys will have a ball. Bring lots of weedless lures.

Is the pike fishing good in the creek or just in the lake?
Is it opening day of duck season yet
