Winter in Homer

Towed the boat from Whittier to Soldotna Monday afternoon. Great roads all things considered.

I drove from Kenai to Seward and back today. Good roads most of the way. There was some ice between the Y and Seward, but the lanes were mostly clear.

I drove back from Homer Saturday. Roads were just wet and almost completely ice free then but it got cold again so i'ld guess a bit slick now.

Anybody drive from Anchorage to Homer recently? I normally keep my boat either in Seward or Homer, but its in my yard in Anchorage now and I'm itching to get it back down there. Any reports on road conditions would be appreciated.
