  • Winter Carcasses for Soup Stock

    If anyone is headed back from the peninsula with their winter salmon catch and would be willing to keep 2-3 carcasses for me to make stock with I would greatly appreciate it.

    I live in Girdwood and would be happy to trade some moose sausage/pepperoni/jerky for the filleted carcass and heads of the fish.
