AM/FM Reception in PWS

Did a search but couldn't find anything. I was wondering if there was decent am/fm radio reception out in the sound. I can pick up a few Anchorage stations in Whittier while waiting at the tunnel. Thanks.

Nope nothing. But they have 3G cell service now and I know KBER 104.1 has an app on the iPhone.

Take lots of CD/ and a hard drive, but there is nothing wrong with quiet either.

I remember shrimping in April one year and listening to an Aces playoff game with lots of static on am.

From the S end of Monty we have gotten am 550 with a fair amount of static but you could hear it, we listened to part of a football game and also the World Series, and we also picked up several W coast stations, I think the one based out of Vancouver was the clearest.

I remember getting NPR out of Cordova on the AM band.
