Default Chance to buy..

I have been offered a 17' Osagian frighter, for the paltry sum of $1200
Canoe is about 10 yrs old. It may have been in the water 6 times, perfect condition. I used it for a duck hunt and liked it alot.
I am a bit hesitant, what are the thoughts of you more experanced owners on both the canoe, and the price?

Thanks
Scott

it is a good canoe, check what a new one would cost you in area you live, an does it have any other equipment that goes with it like lugage racks,
life jackets, paddles, anchor, seat cushions, that all cost money, an make your call

Default good price

If you like it and it does what you want, don't wait till spring; it'll be gone. That is a good price for that boat. Forget the age; aluminum will be around when you are gone. A lift will do it well, too. Good luck w/ your call.
