Copper above the bridge
I would like to try fishing above the bridge this year on the copper. I am aware of the different permits and legal requirements. I have always drift fished from a boat down by Haley Creek. Does anyone have any ideas where might be some good spots to fish above the bridge. We are hoping to leave tomorrow night and fish Thursday morning.
ANYWHERE will be great - they are in there thick right now. Middle of the river, sides, etc. But all you have to do is see where the other boats are, then you get in the line & just drift on down.... usually by across from where you slip your boat in the water. You don't have to go far.
