Josh - If you use photobucket instead of just attaching the pictures here, you have much more control over the size of the image. I find it's a much better way to post pictures.

Is there a way to resize in photobucket other than the 3 options (thumbnail, avatar, email)??

I'd have to go back over there and play with the resizing options...I'm not sure on that one. I did want to point out, however, that when posting pictures here from photobucket all you have to do is cut and paste the url they provide with the [img] tags on either end. It shouldn't show up here as an "attached" image. Two benefits to doing it this way: 1 - You can post multiple pictures in one post...as many as you want, actually...and they'll all show up instead of just being hyperlinks (attached pictures here will only show one at a time), and 2 - it takes up less storage space here. Just a suggestion.

The last 2 are from photobucket, I just copied the url. If I put [img] around it, will I have to resize?

are you just cut and pasting the img-tagged urls that photobucket provides on your "album" page? You don't need to "attach" an image here if you just cut and paste. Also, there's no need to add the img tags, as photobucket provides those for you. I need to learn how to do a screen-shot so I can show you. Hmm.... You shouldn't need to re-size from photobucket, though, unless they're just huge and take up too much of the screen for your taste.
