Nice rig, it's lines look like it might be made on the northern east coast. Is it?

Congrats Steve! What power plant do you have, and what will it cruise at? Will you leave it in the water or do you plan on pulling it out all of the time? If so, looks like it may be a challenge on a low tide Very cool setup.

It has a 300HP John Deere diesel in it, sea trialed it in 3-5 footers and it ran 17-18 knots straight into it with no pounding. I'll be doing both leaving it in and storing on the trailer in the pot-holed parking lot, just depends on how long i'll be home before going out again. The trailer was built with a 6' telescoping tongue extension so i don't think i should have to many problems with the launching but i guess i'll know that in a week or so. From what most of the lobster guys i spoke with back where i got it those hulls are known to be tanks on the water when i comes to fishing in ****ty weather, just go and don't worry about it.

WAY too pretty for Port Clyde Steve, although them tourists on the Ferry to Monhegan would be snappin' their Kodaks at her hahd, don't 'cha know dearie. Is it coming complete with a couple of barrells of herring?

Fine looking vessel, best of luck with her!

Note to self: follow the lobster boat. Really Steve, previously we had to figure out which of the hundred bowpickers was yours. Now? Don't be surprised if other boats shadow you when you're running pots.

The boat looks great! (And I love the name.)

It sure does look like a smooth ride alright. Is that a new build for you or did you pick it up as used ?
