Default Fuel for Float Planes Willow Lake

We are asking all local float plane pilots to use Willow Lake as much as possible due to some people wanting to close Willow Lake to Float Planes. Willow Lake is a DOT owned lake and a Sea Plane base that has been in use for over 40 years. When you are flying around this summer stop by Willow Air and sign up with your N number to show how many people use Willow Lake. Willow Air has 100LL for sale , so if you need fuel stop in and top off your tank. Current price is $5.50 per gallon.

That would suck if they closed willow lake to float planes. I don't realy see how they could it is a sea plane base and willow air fly's out of willow lake. Not only that a lot of people get there floats put on at the willow airport and depart from willow lake..willow air has had fuel there for a few years.

Kinda like the old Subaru driving yahoos who moved around the Homer Airport which has been there since WWII. And of course now that we are blessed with their granola crushing presence, the airport needs to be closed down.
