    Cool Here are your maps!

    Eagan,

Have you looked at the ADFG maps page? Lots of options there, and if you scroll down to the bottom of the page you can look at 1:250,000 scale USGS topos with the GMU boundaries marked on them. I haven't looked at them lately, but I believe their 1:250's even have the Guide Use Areas (GUA) marked on them.

Default You should also be able to...

Us the USGS in Anchorage, as they have a lot more options, I got a nice 1:25000 scale map of Fort Rich for my moose hunt & it paid off as the detail that you can get from that large scale of a map can't be beat...

You can run to kinkos & get them lamenated/acetated if you want to, as I did with mine. The maps @ USGS are usually @ $6-7 per sheet.

Here's the best site I have for free digital quad map downloads:

    http://agdc.usgs.gov/data/usgs/geoda...drglist_A.html

The only drawback is that there's not a key map for all of Alaska. You need to know the Name of the quadrangle you're looking for. But hey, what do you expect for nothing, a rubber biscuit?
