    Default Nancy Lake Update

Has anyone been by Nancy lately to verify if it is open or not? I heard a rumour that it was, just wanted to see if anyone had first person knowledge.

It looks like 99% covered with rotten honeycomb ice. I havent seen any open water, but that is just me glancing at it from the highway as I drive by. It should be getting close to going out though...

As soon as that ice leaves, the fishing can be more than fun..
that big wind we had the last few days cleaned out lakes up down here in the canoe trail system and I sent a canoe and a couple kayaks out today to catch fish and return and report !!!!!!
Hoping Nancy lakes is open now due to the wind..

Thanks for the reply's. Ended up going to Finger Lake. Fishing was impressive for that lake...hooked Rainbow, Dolly, and land locked. I am looking forward to seeing how it will be in Nancy.
