    Here is a new pattern ive tied up to target salmon.

    Materials:
    Body: Ice Dub UV Purple
    Ribbing: Silver Tinsel
    Throat: Ice Dub Blue Steelie
    Legs/Wings: Sparsely Tied Black Maribou

    Pretty much St. Pierrre's Hoh Bo, but without the guinea and amherst.

    It'll fish - But if you tank-test it, you will find that marabou that sparse just collapses into nothing. I would go for a little more marabou, as well as some prop fiber underneath it to "shell" the marabou.

    I'm sure you would find more than a few fish that would eat it just the way it is, though.

    Just looked up St. Pierre's Hoh bo fly for the first time, your right it does look alot like it, funny ive never seen that fly before and had some stuff laying around and wanted to make some swinging flies for salmon. Pretty neat to tie a fly ive never seen before and tie one like it lmao.
