Default Wirehired Pointing Griffon back in Fairbanks shelter.

Now called Speedy- according to Polly Divens the pup who was in the Fairbanks shelter in January, is back in. Who ever adopted him up had not responded as of early this morning. Hopefully it's a misunderstanding because the dog was found as a stray. Polly is willing to take him as a foster, at a year old this guy needs some serious training ASAP and not let out alone.

This is a great opportunity for someone to not only rescue a dog but potentially get a great hunter. Contact me at alaskadognews@mtaonline.net if you are serious about giving Speedy a FOREVER home and want Polly's contact info.
Polly is the owner/ trainer of an Agiilty Champ WPG, placing among the top 20 in the nation at the last National Agility Championships last winter.

Looks like he might've been picked up. The shelter's Petharbor site doesn't have him listed this afternoon.

He was gone before Polly could pick him up. Lets hope his new owner knows what the have and how to train him.
