Default Flu-flus and a drop away rest

Does anyone have any experience shooting flu-flus through a drop away rest? I really want to combine my love of upland hunting and bowhunting, and I've got a recurve that I could use, but I'm just wondering if it would be too adversely affected by the rest.

I shoot them on my compound with a drop away and it has not effected the flight of the bundle of feathers. Years ago when I did have a recurve, I shot them off of a elevated rest instead of a shelf with positive results. It should work good as good can get when shooting Fluflu's.

I have shot them off a Trophy Ridge Drop Zone before with no problems.

I shot the bird in this video using a Trophy Ridge Drop Zone and a flu flu arrow with a 3" Snaro tip. Works great!!
