RULES: Current NRA Small-bore Rifle Rules will govern. Any rifle (rule 3.2), any
sight (rule 3.7) will apply. NRA A-23 and A-27 targets will be used at 50 yards. The top
bullís-eye is for sighting shots and 5 shots will be fired at each of the 4 record bulls eyes.
NRA A-25 target will be used for 100 yards. The top bullís-eye is for sighting shots and
10 shots will be fired at each of the 2 record bulls eyes.


COMPETITION OPEN TO: Open to all competitors. Membership in the National Rifle Association is NOT required.

ENTRIES: Individuals: Entries in individual events will be made by using the enclosed registration entry card accompanied by check or money order. Circled the number of each event in which you wish to fire. Be sure to indicate your correct NRA classification and NRA membership number if you have one. If you are not an NRA member, a number will be assigned to you for classification purposes only.

ENTRIES CLOSE: Individual entries must be received no later than Monday preceding the opening date of the tournament.



FEES: Entry fee is $25.00 per individual, of which a $4.50 cost per competitor is required to be sent to the NRA as an individual registration fee.

POST ENTRIES: Post entries will be accepted on the day of competition until the range capacity is filled. There will be a post entry fee of $2.00

ENTRY LIMIT: Entry limit will be the first 18 competitors.

TIME OF FIRING: Firing will commence at9:00 AM

RIFLE: Rule 3.2

TARGET: NRA Office Targets will be used.

CHALLENGES: A challenge fee of $1:00 will be charged for each challenge made. See NRA rule 16 for correct procedure.

CLASSIFICATION: The NRA classification system will be used in all matches. Unclassified competitors will compete in the Master Class. Rule 19.6 - Assigned Classification, or rule 19.2 Temporary Classification, may be used in making entry.

AWARDS: There will be awards for the match winner, plus a first place in each class based upon sixty per cent (60%) the a calculated entry fee of $1.00 per match, which is included in the $25.00 individual entry fee.

MATCH SCHEDULE AND CONDITIONS: All matches will be fired with any rifle (rule 3.2), any sight (rule 3.7) as follows:

Match 1: 40 rounds prone, 50 yards,
A-23/5 target, 1 minute/shot
Match 2: 40 rounds prone, 50 yards,
A-27 target, 1 minute/shot
Match 3: Dewar Course , 20 rounds prone, 50 yards, A-23/5 target, 1 minute/shot; 20 rounds prone, 100 yards, any sight, A-25 target, 1 minute/shot
Match 4: 40 rounds prone, 100 yards,
A-25 target, 1 minute/shot
Match 5: Aggregate of the totals from matches 1 through 4

GENERAL INFORMATION: Competitors will be required to assist in setting up the range and changing targets. Competitors will provide their own binder clips to attach targets and backers to the frames.
