Default Wine making question...converting 1 gl recipe to 3 gl....do I triple all ingredients?

Ok, I know I don't triple the yeast...but i thought I read where you don't triple up on the acid blend or something....can't remember

But, my cherry wine recipe calls for 3lbs Oregon can per 1 gl batch...

    1.5 Tsp acid blend
    1 tsp yeast nutrient
    1.5 tsp Pectic enzyme
    1/4 tsp tannin
    1.5 lbs sugar

should I triple this recipe for 3 gls?

made a port cherry that basically tripled the berries and sugar...mmmmm, mmmmm....it was good! This is a quick cheapie wine for the card games!

awhile back I bought a little booklet "Winemaker's recipe handbook" it clearly states that "although the recipes are for one gallon, to make more wine simply multiply the ingredients by the number of gallons desired (except for yeast)"... I followed the listed recipe for 5 gals of Rhubarb wine and it came out great... just started a 5 gal batch of Raspberry hoping the results will be the same.../John
