Does your permit include the area due north of Robinson Loop in the area of Higher Ground Road by chance?

There was a brownie out in Homer about a month ago and I saw one lying on the ice next to the Kenai River in the Russian River area last week on my way to Anchorage.

I'm heading into the chugach via Indian tomorrow morn for a long walk with the dog looking for some early bear. Can we expect any traps this time of year?

I've been out on the refuge every other day or so for the last two weeks and I haven't seen any bear sign north east of sterling.

Alaska4Life, I have a tag that may include where you saw the tracks. If you don't mind could you email me where you found them?
    Thanks!
