    Default Fatties

Hey guys I just want to say I have spent the last 2 hours watching videos on how to make fatties and I must say I can hardly wait.It looks so..**** GOOD!Come friday when I have time Im gonna make three of these bad boys.Does anyone have any suggestions for fillers besides just cheese??Also does anyone have any experience making them on a charcoal grill and if so can you share some of your wisdom with me? Thank you all.

Never made one on a grill, I always use my smoker. the best one I ever made (and only one I ever really really liked) was a breakfast fattie. If I remember right it was filled with hash browns, scrambled eggs, onions, peppers, cheese and some mushrooms. kind of like an omelet that was wrapped in breakfast sausage. you can pretty much put anything in there that you think sounds good. I would think they nwould cook a bit to fast on a grill but who knows, they might be alright on inderect heat

Pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, pizza sauce and cheese.

Love making fatties. I use my smoker, no experience on a grill.

Check out Atomic Buffalo Turds. Another grill/smoker treat that is a big hit.

I am gonna try one tonight for breakfast tomorrow morn. Ill post pics.

Gonna go for a breakfast fattie with egg, cheddar, shrooms' and peppers with pork sausage and bacon outside.

Not sure how the charcoal and wood chips works, so any tips would be nice. Thanks guys.

I did mine by using indirect heat on the bbq pit.

What temp were you at? I have no internal thermometer.

Here is my first attempt. Bacon weave wrapped around sausage filled with eggs, shrooms, peppers and pepper jack cheese. I can't wait to try it. Here it is in my fridge ready to go!

    Thanks for the great idea.
