The first one is just an insect eating. This one is a wasp landing on the inset, and killing it.

Just good luck. I was taking pictures of flowers when the whole thing happened in front of my eyes. I barely managed three shots and the whole thing was over.

    Default Great JOB!

I can imagine the music in the backgroud as the first fly dining on the nectar of the flower, with a sweet tune & flutes, & then the Jaws theme or something like the Psycho sound when the wasp pounces... :P LOL!!!!

Yes. I was there taking a photo of the flower, and thought that i was lucky to have the insect landing while I took the picture. I was shocked when the wasp pounded on it. It was so fast.

Wild geranium. They come back each year next to the front porch of my house. Can't wait for summer, I guess

Just summer: flowers, green vegetation, insects, etc. It has been a long and cold winter in the interior. Finally it's above zero during the day, and -15 to -25 during the night.

Default Well that sounds just about right.. ..

My type of weather, (night time) LOL ..

    amazing shots of the insect(s).

Now, you have at least.. .. .. $ 4,500 with those three shots !

    I know.. .. I am a pro. I make my living selling photos since 1970 !

You want to obtain a copy of Photograhers Market Book @ Barnes & Noble or any other good book store. It is published every year.

This is how major pubilshers get a lot of their material, freelancers that "know how to submit" to their guidlines.

You WILL LEASE these images to many magazines and other companies that are looking for "captured" images such as this and ANY TOPIC you can think of.

Learn how easy this is.. !

You will be "SHOCKED" when you see how easy it is to make BIG MONEY just by leasing & selling photographs!
