    Default Rabbit creek range

How many of you go there to shoot your bow? Once this crazy weather start to warm up I will head down there.

    Default Black sheep

I do like shooting at Rabbit Creek, but if you can get on Elmendorf I recomend becomeing a member of Black sheep. They have a nice indoor setup and when the snow clears the outdoor 3d range is great.

I't may be a pain to get started but its well worth it once you start using the ranges.

The rabbit creek has 3-D targets. $6 to shoot. Kincade is nice to but no 3-D. I love blacksheep outdoor range.

On the subject of ranges can anyone tell me if the indoor range off Artic spur rd. in Anchorage is still open, I've been out of the state for five years, but was always treated well there.

    Default Anchorage indoor range

I'm guessing that you are referring to Backcountry Archery. They are just off Arctic Blvd at about 64th.
Yes, Backcountry is still open and is still a good place to shoot and hang out. Bill and the gang are good folks.
