    Default Fuel drums

Go to any car wash and ask if they sell soap 30 gallon barrels. They're way easier to handle and they're lighter in color so you can see inside them. Most places have to pay to have them cleaned, crushed and hauled away. Some will just give them to you. You just have to clean them well. I know people who even use them for water storage after they're cleaned out well.

I picked up some from the guy but the car wash as well. I haven't been home in over a year though so lots could have changed. Speaking of not being home, I heard they were going to straighten trunk road... sure hope I can find my back to my house!

Another option for the drums, If you know a nurse or other hospital employee ask them to check with central sterile supply and see if they have any empty cleaning solution drums. IT comes in some solid 15 gallon poly drums I do think you would need to replace the O-rings on the caps with some that are fuel resistant but that is likely true of all cleaning solution barrels.

That's been my experience with the "car wash" drums, the O-rings will swell after being exposed to gas. They are fine the first time you use them and then they are suddenly 2 sizes too big.

if you take the bung out of the drum and go to AIH they sell black o-rings that will fit the bung and not stretch out and leak.
