    Default Haul Road Adventure??

I'm thinking about heading up the haul road in the next few weeks to do some hunting. Dates are flexible and will be taking an AO 10 and stove to stay in while up there. If anyone is interested in coming along drop me a PM and we can see if we can work something out.

Shouldn't have any problem doing the Ox hunt with an AO to bring along.

Dalton is closed today for weather. Are you going along the road
With a bow or inside corridor?

WOW, Chris, I thought those days were over for you Brother. Be safe and let me know when you get back and we will see if we can get together and do something.

I'm interested in doing some trapping up that way. However, I would be willing to help a bowhunter chase Caribou as well. Always fun to watch from the HEATED cab of a truck.

This trip is pretty cush...will be back in time for spring bear. Nothing like you were used to...I will fill you in hopefully next to a campfire one of these days. Let me know if you have anything planned for the spring. I'd be interested.

I'll be driving up next Sunday and plan to bring along the bow in case I get a quick opportunity. I'll let you know what I see!

I didnt think you could hunt Oxen up on the haul road. Maybe they changed that to, like they did the bear hunt.

Cool, well good luck on both! I would love to go up north, but I am going to go on a bear hunt with HomerDave in June and going up to on the haul road in July/August. I am also putting up some tree stands for baiting, so I have a place to hunt the next couple of years. So I got a lot on my plate. I am also planning a sheep/grizzly bear hunt for next year (exercise top of the list). I hope you have fun, enjoy it!

No, that is what is so nice about it this time of year. From late Aug to early Sep it gets lots of hunters, more every year.
