    Default Fishing out of peterburgh?

I'll be in the peterburgh area the 2nd half of oct. I would love to do some fishing .
What kind of good salt water fishing can I do at that time of the year.

Rockfish and halibut is about it. Pretty much over for salmon by then.

Late October is some of the worst wx to be out on a boat. Intense low-P systems roll in one after the other. Lucky to get 1, maybe 2 12-24 hr breaks each week.

Better have someone lined up with a boat that can go on the spur of the moment.

Well it'll probably be raining sideways and 35 also the sun goes down about 4:15 that time of year. Good luck
I choose to fly fish, not because its easy, but because its hard.
