    I can't find the shooting hours chart in the book ,hows that work in Alaska??

    For the most part, there are no "shooting hours" for big game. If you can see it, you can shoot it, but you can't use any artificial light to help.

    There are shooting hours listed for waterfoul, on page 18 o their regs which are separate from the big game regulation book (http://www.wildlife.alaska.gov/regul...pdfs/wfl-1.pdf), and I am not sure about small game (don't think so, but haven't checked to verify myself).

    What anchskier said. There are no "shooting hours" regarding big game. Sunlight and moonlight are legal, anytime, anyday. If it's ANY light source other than those two, you'd be wrong. Too bad some other states don't follow suit.
