message deletions

anybody know how i delete old message in my box?? i have 46 and aparently 50 is the limit for saved items.??

There should be a check box next to each message. Check the ones you want to delete and down at the bottom select "delete messages" from the pull-down menu. You probably also want to clean out the sent items folder, as those count against your limit of 50.
