Question Alaska Outdoors Supersite bumper sticker?

I've been thinking about producing a bumper sticker and a window sticker for the Alaska Outdoors Supersite to make more people aware of it.

Not everyone likes bumper stickers, but some do. Some of us were talking about this the other day, and it was pointed out that it would be a great way to meet other forum guys and gals if we had window stickers and/or bumper stickers.

So....I have two questions for you: 1) what do you think of the idea; and 2) what should they say?

They could be as simple as:

    The Alaska Outdoors Supersite (tm)
    www.outdoorsdirectory.com

But they could also be a lot more creative. I could think of some really ODD ideas, but I'll let you go first.

    What do you think?

    Default sticker

I'd sport it on my truck. Maybe you can have different pictures to represent the different topics like one with a moose or something for hunting and one with a salmon for fishing and one with a dogsled team, etc. etc. Hey maybe I'll get one of each and use it to hold my truck together, Hmmmmm here's an Idea, how about if you print it on caribou chrome ( duct tape ).........it's uses would be endless and would certainly get the message out!!!!

    Default Contest?

How about a design contest to divert some of this cabin fever?

    Okay, I'm officially bored...

This one took all of ten minutes...

I'm sure there are folks on here better at this than I am...

    But it IS kinda fun.

Man, with logos like that, why stop at a bumper sticker? I'm envisioning some fleece vests and hoodies to go with it!

Thumbs up Need emoticon for "impressed"

    Well, I'm impressed, AlaskaHippie.

I originally didn't like the ODD idea many months ago when I first heard it (hit too close to home, maybe ) but it definitely has possibilities the way you put it...

And since "the Big Wild Life" is taken, as FishLakeHome, points out, it seems to be the leading contender at the moment.

    Really great ideas!

    Sincerely appreciate the comments David,BM,Mike,FishLake.

I'm laid up after some minor surgery (no it wasn't to surgically remove the keyboard from my...err...hands )...So if no one minds I'll post up new ideas as I come up with them....

I'm wondering if the bear tracks might not look a little odd (no pun intended) from a distance with that arrangement/color scheme. Not a criticism, just a thought. Hmm.... My initial idea was a mountain background or just a line going across that top that looked like a mountain (kind of like the Alyeska logo?), but I'm liking the bear tracks. Keep up the good work, Hippie!

I'll tinker with the tracks in different colors and presentations..Was JUST sketching a simple mountain horizon to incorporate in the next submission.

I know it is all in fun (isn't it?) but akhippie has it down. I like that logo and think it's pretty funny. I'd get one.
