    Default 20A Moose Joint Advisory Committee of Fairbanks, Delta, Middle Nenana, and Minto-Nena

    The 20A Moose Joint Advisory Committee of Fairbanks, Delta, Middle Nenana, and Minto-Nenana AC's will meet in Fairbanks at the Alpine Lodge 4920 Dale Road in the Glacier Room January 29, 2011 starting at 1:00 p.m. to discuss the moose population and harvest strategies for moose in GMU 20A. Public participation is encouraged.

    · Introduction of AC representatives
    · Introduction of Department staff
    · Introduction of other participants
    · Intensive Management Parameters – Mike Tinker, FAC
    · Moose population estimate and harvest statistics – Don Young, ADF&G
    · AC presentation of problems and/or issues for reauthorization
    o Delta Junction
    o Healy – Middle Nenana River
    o Nenana-Minto
    · Break
    · Public testimony on problems and/or issues for reauthorization (limited to 3 minutes each)
    · Discussion of reauthorization for 2011
    o Issues of agreement
    o Issues needing conditions, boundaries, or season separation
    · Draft outline of meeting for individual AC’s
    · Wrap up by each AC representative
    · Set time, place, date for additional coordination (if needed)
    · Adjourn
