    Default Trophies ?

Most people keeps them.Look around your house and count How many animals you have exposed to the eye. Do not count the pick ups ,sheds, other peoples kills or others.I will have to count them in the morning .

1, that's it. My trophies only become visible to the eye when I open the freezer. They come in various sizes and shapes, depending on how I felt like packaging the steaks, ribs, roasts, etc... A trophy for me is a full freezer.

28, all european or plack mounts, not one thats mounted, but then a have a freezer with 8 capes and 5 more tanned all to be mounted some day, just keep on spending that taxi work $ on more hunting. I know you said not to count pick ups sheds, but they are trophies to me,at least the ones i keep, mostly elk and deer from the states but i keep a book of pics and to date with alaska species i have 2025 sheds and 2 sheep pick ups. when i drove up for my move in 08 the border patrol guy siad it was the largest collection transported in his 25 years on the border, and yeah im gana be single for a long time!

I have a small house and my living room is my trophy room, it ain't very pretty but it sure is full, had to move the woodburner out. Some people have a problem with all the eyes looking at them and kids friends have covered the heads with towels and sheets so they could sleep over. Not counting stuff packed away, given to my kids, in the freezer, and at the taxi, I think I count 43 in the living room.

There are 6 items in the bookcase on the left that are not represented in some other way in the room. So counting those 6 I get 25 in this view.

    4 more here.

Whitetail board (11), most taken on my property, all locally. My first and daughters first on plaques.

    3 more.

So right now there is a total of 43 in the living room, more on the way within a few months, and 6 from Alaska.

The state defines a trophy as a mount, either traditional, or european. Perhaps there are other ways to view a kill as a trophy.
I do have one traditional trophy, a pedestal mount of a redfox. Other then that, I like food in the freezer, or money in the bank acct. The money comes from selling the parts of my kills that have an easily obtainable market value.
    I can't help being a lazy, dumb, weekend warrior.......I have a JOB!
    I have less friends now!!

Default I like hair on my woman not my walls

Good Lord man some of you guys remind me male Za Za Gabors w/ all those heads and mounts hanging in your house. Do you make your wife keep them clean and keep them dust free or do you hire a maid? Apparently if you guys are willing to post pictures of this debauchery then you must be willing to accept judgment. Theres got to be a way to harness the abundance of testosterone and market it to those lacking. Heck you could put viagra out of business. IMO mind you, one nice mount is cool, but a friggn zoo in the living room? To each is own, but this has got to be a listed psychosis, just the money you have wrapped up alone is mind boggling. mrMontana you were scolding me for shopping at Walmart, us Walmart guys don't roll like you cabelas fellas evidently.

Kinda off the tread BUT when the time comes to dispose of the trophies what do you plan to do,Donate, sell, pass on to family, OR?
