    Default Another BOAR-SOW? (3)

For me this one is more difficult than the first two.

This one is harder than the last. I however believe it to be a juvenile boar. What happened to the poll Joe ?

I barely know how to post a picture. Brian or someone has to setup the polling feature.

Fiesty young boar, judging from the scars on his chest I'd say he's been scraping with other bears for good fishing spots and doesn't look like he came out on the winning end. Although I guess it could be a female that got in a fight protecting her cubs, but my gut tells me fiesty young boar.

Joe to set up a poll is easy to do.

    before you submit thread

scroll down page and click add a poll ( just below where you click manage attachment to add that photo)

then submit the number of questions you want in the box ( in this case 2)

    then submit thread

    THEN

the poll will come up and you have to fill in the poll questions.. Boar/ Sow.. and add a title to the poll then submit at the bottom again.. and the poll will be created.

    Gonna call it Sow
with very little confidence at all
    (none for shooting)

Something about those legs and especially the ankles

Then seems I learned something from Joes details on the last one,
the bridge of the nose being a smooth transition ?? This one looks that way a bit

    I think (barely), a SHE-BEAR

I am leaning to boar but it would not shock me if the picture was expanded and his mother was in the frame.

The only thing for sure is I don't want to shoot it. I'm thinking young bear, head mass and features lack mature development, slightly big head to body proportion...so looks like a developing boar.

Notice also the poor hair condition of the forlegs and mid back, Big Pass for this animal!
