Well, got lucky again. This time I was out calling, working a creek drainage. Made a couple of stands a half mile apart with no luck. Moved to a low bluff overlooking an area where there were tracks crossing all over. After about fifteen minutes this female came out and gave me a nice broadside shot a little over 200 yards. Took her low in the chest trying to avoid hitting and significant bone and it worked great, exit hole about an inch and a half with the 175 Sierra Matchking out of the .300. This was at about 1:00 PM.
