    Default What's your dream permit?

Well, now that the application period is over, what's that one permit you would crap yourself If you saw your name behind it on Feb 25th. I'm sure the majority of people here put in for 3 permits for a couple different species just to increase their odds of drawing at least once, but what's that "dream" permit your looking for?? I'd like to see my name behind DX097!!

TMA would be a hoot! Delta Bison would be a close second though, not because I am that thrilled about shooting a Bison but that is a serious load of meat!! That would free me up for sheep all next year!

I've had Delta bison and it is over rated.

Well if you happen to get it again let me know, you can shoot the darn thing and I will find a home for all that nasty meat...

The fall Farewell Bison hunt.... I've got some connections out that way and would love to do that one.

Otherwise, I've got my fingers crossed for a Kodiak goat tag. I really want one of those furry critters.

Be sweet to draw a kaibab deer tag, a unit 6A bull elk tag and a desert bighorn sheep tag as well... But I need lots of money to put in for those tags. So in the meantime will settle another any bull permit for unit 13...

DX003, DS123 or DI403. Any of the three would suit me just fine. Have done the Delta Buffalo with a pard, had a great time and the meat is phenominal.

I thought long and hard over the ft rich hunts. Had a friend do it last year and after hearing what he had to say. I figured I wouldn't bother with it. But next year will be a another good year to hunt ft rich since 4-25 is leaving town for a year. Heck 2012 will be a good time to put in for that tag as well.

Delta Bison. Darned thing is that I'd probably tick off others by shooting a 2-3 year old. Already got a nice one on the wall, and he was too old for great steaks, so next time around (if I'm so blessed) it'll be an eater.
