i'll second that, checkin empty wolverine traps and pulling few marten so far this season is getting old...dreaming of spring bear for a few weeks allready myself...course it dont take me long though. a few more pics of the giants from the island or rams from the brooks range from an old proffesional would always be good for the winter blues.......i'm bettin he's got a rediculous amount of pics we'd all like to see...and hey, you dont gotta like everything the guy says to respect who he is, what he's done, and what his passion represented all those years....not a whole lot of guys around that have witnessed the guiding industry for as long a stretch as joe...and as for knowing many of the knooks and crannies of two of our most prized and possesive game fields...the island and the brooks range...an enviable wealth of knowledge...however crappy and crotchety he comes across at times...come on joe, throw us a bone or two.

Anything you have would be great to see, Joe

especially love the gear they wore, real stuff, Wool, not plastic, clothes,
    surprisingly little Camo

How did you guys get so close to those Critters, without your Cabellas Camo Boxers on,
    Back in the Day?

Ok don't need any pics there
Probably Fully RED Union Suits ??

and what did you guys use for "Scent Blocker" back then,.... ok, just kidding
Ten Hours in that little raft off the AK peninsula, blowin' NW 60, in November.... "the Power of Life and Death is in the Tongue," and Yes, God is Good !

How the heck did Joe keep his thermite flash powder dry when he was in the field? I don't think pics were taken that frequently before the 1860's...
