429, is that the one next to Muldoon? Or the one up north?

Yeah, 429 is the MECCA for moose! I wonder if they've put in the Stryker ranges yet & how will that affect thier migrations in & outta Ft. Rich?

I work on Ft Rich and have not heard of them putting in Stryker ranges nor do I have any idea where they would put them with the limited amount of land we have here. They were using Bulldog trail while there were Strykers here but I heard they tore it up pretty bad. Good thing Greely is a lot closer to the Stykers at Wainwright and has WAY more land to train on.

Before taking any of my advice for granted on here research the legal ramifications thoroughly I am not the Troopers nor am I the Judge that will be presiding over your case/hearing. Please read the hunting and sportfishing regulations and feel free to interpret their meaning on your own.

Last I heard, there were going to be Strykers in Ft. Rich, I guess that's changed...(this was back in '03-'04 when I lived in Anchorage)

They did have one battalion of Strykers on Ft Rich for a short time then moved them to Wainwright.

These are for DM426 and DM427. They are referring to areas 425 and 429 on Ft. Rich (their unit numbers for on base, not hunt numbers).
