    Default cleanin plastic tent windows?

    Anybody know how to clean the clear plastic windows they put in tents?

    There is a prouduct that is made for that, but I can't rtemember what it is called. I like to use regular old furniture polish and an old cotton t-shirt. It reduces the haze and fills in a lot of the little scratches that the windows get. You can buff them to get them looking pretty good just with that.

    Hello Matt,

    Easiest household plan on poly-film urethane... if it's really dirty is:

    1.) a light-solution mild degrease with Dawn & warm (not hot) water
    (always use a not streaking/scratching towel and rub down in one direction from top section going with gravity working one sweep at a time all the way down to lower seam)

    2.) go with Pledge next using same technique as step #1

    More professional and lasting approach:

    Use urethane poly-film specific cleaner then finish off with 303 protection... same procedure as step #1.
