    Default Replacement gas can parts?

I know a while ago, someone posted a link to somewhere selling replacement gas can caps, spouts, etc.

Anyone know where to look? These enviro-flows are killin' me....

Check Northern Tool's online site. Think I saw em in the Minnesota stores a few years back. Haven't seen much for parts in AK the 2 years I've been here.
I can do the impossible right away. Be patient, miracles take me a bit longer.

Go get a package of the cheap kids squirt guns. There about $1 for four. Then drill your antiflow can in the upper rear and install one of the squirt gun plugs. Fixes em right up. I sure get tired of the Guberment helping me out. There is a web site that sells the old style spout lid kits but it's about $15. Google gas can spout. I think thats where I found them. But I'm cheap so I just drilled mine. Also had to break some of valve off the spout part so it would stay open without holding it with both hands both feet and my teeth.

I wonder how long until it is a felony to modify a gas can?

I pick up the old cans quite often at garage sales for $2-$5. You might check that source.

Try the Glenn Highway currently between the ER exits seems to be a treasure trove lately. A couple of the the good bumps heading north is another great spot, it just takes timing and a good spotter. I usually can find at least one full can every trip.

Until they run out. The major producers of cans are not producing the parts any more and I'm pretty sure it's become illegal to produce them.

BTW.. Fish Creek Sales in Wasilla has some great heavy duty cans. They sell the can and lids seperate and called them a "recycled liquids" receptical or something like that
