    Default Flooded off the Noatak '94

    Trip journal from a 375 mile solo canoe trip down the Noatak from Pingo Lake in '94.
    The river flooded a hundred year flood, but other than that, it was a great float.

    I read the entire journal you posted on the Noatak.
    That was a tougher trip than most. That much rain and wind and flooding made for an interesting story.
    have you been back to try the river again?
