My older brother wants to go on once in a lifetime guided sheep hunt in the Alaska Range. I went in 07 to a great hunt in the Wood River drainage in the Alaska Range. Shortly after that, there was alot of talk of guide concessions that could change everything.

Question: Should my brother try to bump his hunt up to 2011 considering there may be alot of changes, with one being his outfitter may come out on the losing end of his current hunting area, or do you think this DNR concession will die a slow death?
