    Default gunners first martin

I have ben telling my son i would help him make some martin sets arount the house for a few weeks. He got tired of waiting and as i pulled in from work the other day he had a martin in his hand. He spoted it up in a tree and grabed his .22. Two shots later he had his first martin.

Just to be picky......martin is a species of bird. Your son is holding a pine MartEn...............and a good sized one at that!
Good shot that kid. Get him a hat out of it and the next one.

Awesome work by Gunner! I have never seen one that wasn't in a trap or on a stretcher lol. Must have been tough to spot. Guess you're gonna have to work on getting him out a litlle faster lol.

Gunner is quite the hunter this year! Way to go young man!

The other 299,300,000 people can have it.

Noone has a more intimate understanding of, or deeper appreciation for freedom, than a soldier who has fought for it in a country where it does not exist.
