Default Heading to Kodiak for deer

Fly to Kodiak tomorrow Saturday with Rob Stone, his boy and two other shady looking characters for our deer hunt. Have camera in tow and will let you know how we do. Wonder where the snowline is right now? Looking to bag a nice rack this time

Snow is at 1800 feet or a tad lower on the south west end of the island and the deer are all over the place from sea level on up to the tops of the mountains down there.

    Good luck!!

Thanks for the reports guys. I think this is going to make for a great TV episode not to mention, filling the freezer! We also grabbed goat tags so I hear...and just when I thought maybe, just maybe I could stay below high elevation. ;-)
