    Default Plaschem Sleds

I have a Plaschem Sled 8' Seal Hunter and need to replace the p-tex runners since they have split into pieces. I was wondering where the best place would be to get new p-tex would be or if there was a different material I should be looking at getting instead. Money is kinda tight right now so I am looking for either the cheapest place or an alternative that won't ruin the sled. Thanks.

you may be able to get some UHMW scrap. Do a search for it on the site, there have been a number of threads on the topic.

Check out CAC Plastics in Wasilla behind the old movie theater.
They have a scrap bin plus plenty of new stuff to choose from.

Try Image plastics on Old Seward Highway.
