Beautiful hide, colors, long hair, just beautiful. Not sure why you put your dumbells in the entertainment center, but love the bear rug.

Just in case anyone is wondering, that's a St. Bernard chewing on the tail. ;-)

The colors of the bear are perfect. I don't know how you could do any better than that.

Great looking bear, the colors are beautiful, congratulations.

Since that's a St Bernard, are you sure its an interior grizzly since its about 15 feet.

Love that color on your bear Perry. Looks awesome.

I'm heading home from Kodiak this morning. Had a chance at a really nice Brownie yesterday, but he gave us the old sliparoo.

    Congrats

Thanks guys. Ya, I wasn't so sure about spending the bucks to get it rugged when I got it. But, I'm glad I did even though it's not a whopper. It's my first bear of any kind.

For those who asked, Terry Marquette- Black Bear Taxidermy in North Pole did the rug. I was really impressed with his work when I checked out his shop last year. He was refferred to me by my boss who has know him for years and shoots trap with him. When I asked Terry how many he'd done he said. "Well, I do 50 per year and I've been doing em for at least 15 years..." His shop is in the lower level of his home and his entire home is his showroom. It's a labor of love for him I can tell. When he talks about bears he gets all excited and especially doing griz rugs. He did Vince's griz that he picked up here not to long ago.
