Default Where are the mulchatna bou?

Was thinking of flying to get a caribou probably out of King Salmon or Illiamna. Anyone fly over there alot or live there and know about where they are now? Any help is appreciated.

    Default caribou

    Gus,
is that a good thing that there is open ground. More things to eat and easier for calves? or is there a drawback too?

    Default ouch

Yeah, that's what I was afraid of. Would be nice if they were off the end of the strip there. Heard stories they have been nearer Koliganek but with avgas prices the way they are, I want to research as much as possible before we start boring holes in the sky.
