    Default Citric Acid mixture

I finally found some citric acid. It is the powdered kind from a brewing supply store. I searched the posts and haven't found anything that says how much water to mix it with. How are most people mixing it?

One ounce to a gallon of water. HERE'S A LINK to the product instructions, from the folks who first introduced it in Alaska, Indian Valley Meats.

    hey guys,

I'm a fan of Indian Valley Meat's Game Saver, but it's an expensive product for what it is. I try to buy bulk when possible on such a chemical because i use a lot of it each season. Here's a couple of alternatives:

    For bulk citric acid.

    1. For a 1-lb bag of citric acid powder is about $12.00 plus shipping: Alaska Feed Company: http://alaskafeed.com/

    2. One of many Online sources: http://www.bing.com/shopping/Citric-...5d&wf=Commerce
