canning with can sealer
I have 4 can sealers.
3 Ives-Way setup for different size cans and 1 American National set up for No 10 & No 12 cans.
Do any of you here have experience with canning game meat and fish with these canners?
How does moose, bear, Caribou and bison meat work out being canned in these containers?
I have canned salmon and albacore in the 303 & no 10 cans with positive results.
I have canned deer and beef in small quanitites to see how they work out....fine.
any one work with these can sealers and can sizes?
