    Default Cool Bull!

Check out this cool little bull. I called him in close in the woods behind my house in Eagle River. I like the drop tine on the right brow palm and the interesting pattern of the 3 brow tines on the left.055.jpg058.jpg

Boy it sure pays to take a close look at the little guys! Never know when you'll see that magical 3 brows.

That is a good looking animal. Thanks for the encouragement. Now its almost time to head out for my evening hunt and seeing that has really gotten me excited an focused on what's important....legal, not neccessarily huge.

Not only legal, but he came in hard to my calling. I was originally grunting and thrashing which brought in 2 cows, then I bellowed like a cow and this little guy popped out of the brush. He was worried another bull was going to steal his ladies.

Town moose always got the bling bling goin on, suprised he ain't wearin a gold chain...

Interesting horns, looks like he got pink eye. I saw one this year that had no tines on left side, just a palm, about 40".

Saw one similar to that in my area, about a 34"er. Just looked at it and we all said wow and off it went.

I wish I would have called one like that into my backyard! Seems as though only 2 brow tine bulls like what I've got to say.....

He may be a new endangered moose-elk-deer hybrid... Great pics of a cool rack-thanks for sharing.
I have such a hard time trying to decide which outdoor activity to do every chance I get!! Living in AK is a mental challenge
