This gunsmithing thing isn't so hard
Just kidding... I know the difference between swapping parts out and gunsmithing...
New hammer, new trigger, and new grips for my new toy- wanted a more traditional look:
Doesn't shoot too bad from 15-20 yards (ish), but I could use some practice.

$600 total investment... new Para GI plus hammer, grips and trigger from Brownells.
Next, I'm thinking getting the para and GI crap ground off the slide and have re-coated... thinking either parkerized or artic kote (or others). I also need to have a real gunsmith polish up the hammer/ sear, etc. (basic trigger job)
