    Default Hunting the Coastal Refuge

I finally got my dog back and I was wondering if there were still a good number of guys hunting the refuge in the evenings? Since I'm new to the area I was thinking about taking the dog out and trying to jump some birds and try to explore as much of the refuge as possible.

I've been down there a few times, and I have seen some other folks here and there. Not too crowded. I'd say go for it.

I know this is an old thread but I jumped through all the hoops to get my coastal wildlife permits and hunted out by Kincad some. Not many birds early in the season. Usually a resident flock of cranes. Going to try it agian this year, always nice to get out close to town.
