Default Rowing time, Skilak to mid river?

How long does it take to row from the lower lake launch to the river? Also, how long does the float take w/o a motor, skilak to bings?

    Thanks

about an hour to row across to the outlet on a good day, and to float down I am not sure straight threw but it is an all day trip.

When we did it earlier this year, it took us a little less than an hour to get across the lake, and probably 4ish hours to get to Bings.

It's HOT right now. We hooked into nice fish over and over all weekend. Saw some guy pull out a 30" fish right across the boat launch from Bings, too. Fish everywhere. Nice sized fish, too. Have fun! Post pics when you get back
Thank God for people who don't fish!! Not much would get done without them =)

Depending on what time you are launching you might even be able to get a tow from someone. Earlier the better.

You can count on an hour from the launch to get into fishable water at the braids, then it turns into how good the fishing is (time frame) 4 to 6 hrs if it sucks, all day if its good. We like to camp over night this time of year & float to swift water making it a bow/silver trip.
