    Default honda suspension

my roommate has a honda quad with a squeaking front suspension. everything looks relatively clean, but it squeaks constantly. our best guess is that it's the shocks themselves that are squeaking. the machine is a honda rancher. any ideas?

It could be the upper steering shaft bearing, on some Hondas the bearing is a rubber bushing and it will dry out.

I had a rancher with the same issue. I just sprayed wd-40 on all the moving parts in the front and it quick squeaking.
Not sure how wd-40 affects rubber, a silicone lubricant may be better suited.
